Heralds of the Avirentes Ch.1 Wings of Change

Heralds of the Avirentes is a unique visual novel experience, which takes you to the “Crystal punk” fantasy setting, where the world of Nanraas exists in the parallel universe, unseen to mere humans. It is inhabited by the race of sentient dragon-like beings – the om’veri. They have their own culture, language and long history filled with exciting yet dramatic events that led to long-lasting, violent, and exhausting world-wide military clash known as the “Reunification Wars”. After the decades of darkness and slaughter, the long-awaited fragile peace has finally descended upon the lands of Nanraas. The nature and the om’veri have been slowly recovering after the age of ruin and devastation brought by the reckless warlords and blind ambition, however, another great mysterious disaster is yet to be unfold…

A small silver-haired om’verai Azaries has been enjoying the first truly warm days of spring in her favorite spot within the local forest. She was dreaming about the great adventures she read about in her favorite books while bathing in the golden rays of the sun. She had no idea her fate was about to change… Soon she will find herself involved in a series of mysterious events that will change her life and the entire world of Nanraas forever. Will she unveil the secret of her origin, unique purple eyes, and unusual abilities, thanks to which she can command the ancient long-forgotten mechanisms and constructs? It’s all up to you! Uncover the truth, save the world... or leave it to meet its demise!

Aside the thrilling mysteries of the main story, game features branching dialog system with multiple choices. Each of them can potentially impact Azaries’ relationships with other characters, sudatories, errands and even occurrence of some particular events and cataclysms! The player can carefully build up the affinity with other characters, earn their loyalty and trust to unlock new dialogs, interactions and combat options, or quarrel with them, disrespect their ideals, and, as the result, confront some of the NPCs deciding their fate and future! Carefully crafted turn-based combat with tactical elements won’t let you get bored during you travels! Explore Nanraas at your own pace and discover its secrets!
